Mr. Sztejnberg joined Kurron Capital, a middle market private equity start-up, in 2009. Kurron Capital's focus is on small-medium companies involved in health care services in the United States. Prior to that, Mr. Sztejnberg was a Managing Director with The Blackstone Group. Mr. Sztejnberg began his investment banking career with Morgan Stanley & Co., followed by Deutsche Bank Securities, both in New York City. Throughout most of his career, Mr. Sztejnberg has been a mergers & acquisitions investment banker. In addition to FLEF, Mr. Sztejnberg serves on the board of BoardAssist which matches interested professionals with non-profit boards throughout the United States. Mr. Sztejnberg also has been quite active in leading fund-raising efforts for his undergraduate and graduate alma mater.

Mr. Sztejnberg earned his Bachelor's degrees in engineering and in economics, with Honors, from the University of Pennsylvania's Management & Technology program and his Master's in Business Administration, with Distinction, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
