Robert A. Rosen is an investor, owner, manager and developer of shopping centers and housing and commercial properties and farms throughout the United States.

Mr. Rosen is also a Trustee of North Shore-Long Island Jewish Health System, which is one of the largest Health Care Systems in the nation. Mr. Rosen is Co-Chairman of The Florence and Robert A. Rosen Family Wellness Center for Law Enforcement and Military Personnel and their Families.

He is a Rear Admiral (Upper Half) in the New York Naval Militia (Ret.), State of New York and the former Commanding Officer. The New York Naval Militia is comprised of Navy, Marine Corps and Coast Guard active reservists and veteran volunteers. This Command is a component of the Division of Military and Naval Affairs, State of New York. He is presently the Naval Aide to the Governor, Senior Advisor NYS Senate on Veterans, Homeland Security & Military Affairs. He completed fifty one years of service in the military forces of the United States and the State of New York. He is a member of the F.B.I. InfraGard Program and a member of the Board of Trustees of the New York State Trooper Foundation. He is also a graduate of the Air War College and the Industrial College of the Armed Forces. Mr. Rosen is the holder of several New York and other state professional licenses and numerous military decorations including the Department of Defense Outstanding Public Service Award.

Mr. Rosen received B.B.A. and M.B.A. Degrees from Baruch College, City University of New York. He was born in 1936 in Queens, New York. He and his wife, Florence, have four married children and thirteen grandchildren and live in Rhinebeck, New York.
